Salamanders are large, predatory creatures that can spit a burst of highly caustic liquid from their gullet that burns and incapacitates their prey. The chemicals in the venom are so volatile that they ignite shortly after coming into contact with air. Salamanders can also be goaded into charging the enemy and rending them apart with tooth and claw.
